By the grace of Hashem*,

"The third month, on this day, they arrived in the desert of Sinai*,"

Blessings and greetings,

I am surprised to have recently received no news of your sacred activities, in conformity with the program of the Chabad* women and girls. May Hashem* grant that this lack be only in the transmission of information, but not in the action, for, according to the Injunction of our holy Torah*, it is necessary to know the ascent in the domain of holiness (note 2: To act in an ever-increasing manner). From time to time, an addition is therefore necessary, as well as an advancement and an increased light. When one acts sincerely, one has the assurance that Hashem* grants success, an immense success.

I enclose a copy of my letter addressed to the third annual convention of the association of Chabad* women and girls. Of course, it is addressed to all participants of the Chabad* women and girls, in every place. Its content remains valid throughout the year. May Hashem* grant that you have a year of success in the activity that has just been described. In this way, the blessings of Hashem* will be amplified, in the personal concerns of each of your members, within all of Israel. I send you my blessing to convey good news and, according to the expression of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, whose merit protects us, to receive the Torah* with joy and depth,
