To the directors of the Yeshivah* Achei Temimim* Lubavitch in Rishon LeZion*, may Hashem* grant you long life,
Shalom* u'vracha*,
After a particularly long interruption, I have received your letter of 16 Iyar*, with the two reports that were attached. May Hashem* grant that at least in the future, you announce to me regularly and methodically good news. Hashem* has granted you the success of developing this institution, in conformity with the will and the intention of our masters. Now, the words of the righteous are immutable and they infuse, moreover, all the necessary strength, this is self-evident.
On the occasion of the festival of Shavuos*, which is approaching, I conclude the present letter with the blessing of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, whose merit protects us, that of receiving the Torah* with joy and depth. I send you my blessing to convey good news and to know success. Although you do not specify it, all your students surely study, individually or by classes, the Parshah* of the week and the current laws. May Hashem* grant that the Chassidim*, within all of Israel, do the same.

לאחרי הפסק הכי ארוך נתקבל מכתבם מט"ז אייר עם שני הפ"כ המצורפים אליו.
ויהי רצון שעכ"פ מכאן ולהבא יבשרו טוב תמידים כסדרם באופן מסודר, וחפץ ה' בידם יצליח לפתח המוסד מתאים לרצון וכוונת רבותינו נשיאנו, שהרי דברי צדיקים קיימים לעד, ודבריהם הרי הם גם נתינת כח כמובן וגם פשוט.
ולקראת חג השבועות הבע"ל, הנני בזה לחתום כברכת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, לקבלת התורה בשמחה ובפנימיות.
בברכה לבשו"ט ולהצלחה.
בטח אף שאין כותבים עד"ז - לומדים כל התלמידים שי' - אם בכתות או בפ"ע - פרשת השבוע והלכות הצריכות. - והלואי היו כל אנ"ש, בתוככי כלל ישראל, עושים זה.
