I have read your letter with satisfaction. You inform me that an initiative group is being formed, which will act for the benefit of the institutions mentioned above and that its activity has already begun, at a good and fruitful moment. I hope that you will succeed in attracting, to this action, the widest circles and that you will develop your activities, to the greatest extent possible, in order to enable these institutions, of the highest importance, not only to continue functioning, but also to expand and be able to accept the greatest number of students.

These activities will also be conducted during the period of the Omer*, the days that prepare for the festival of Shavuos*, the time of the receiving of the Torah*. This will result in considerable success in your action, aimed at helping young girls, in general, and the teachers and educators, dispensing a good Jewish education, in particular, who will always be ready to answer the call of Hashem*, addressed to Moshe our master: "Thus you shall speak to the house of Yaakov*" (note 2: That is to say, to the women, according to the interpretation of our Sages*).
