You have had the merit of receiving from divine Providence a good portion, since you work for a judicious education based on sacred values, bringing the hearts of your students closer to our Father Who is in heaven. It is quite evident that this education transforms the student who receives it, confers upon him the elevation from one stage to the next, and furthermore brings increased success to the teacher and the educator himself.
To all that concerns each person applies the principle according to which: "In all your ways, know Him," and one must do so with joy and enthusiasm. Indeed, it is Hashem* Himself Who asks us to put into practice the Torah* and the mitzvos*, which includes the precept: "In all your ways, know Him." This is self-evident.

... ומובן וגם פשוט, שכיון שזכה שהשגחה העליונה העמידתו על חלק היפה, עבודה בחינוך הכשר על טהרת הקדש, המקרב לב התלמידים לאבינו שבשמים, בודאי שזהו מברר ומזכך ומעלה מדרגא לדרגא התלמיד והמתחנך ומוסיף בהצלחתו של המחנך והמלמד בעצמו, וכמו כל עניני האדם, שעל כל אדם נאמר בכל דרכיך דעהו, הרי גם זה צ"ל בשמחה וטוב לבב, שהרי ציווי השי"ת הוא קיום התורה והמצוה וגם בכל דרכיך דעהו, וק"ל.
