It would be good for you to consult together in order to determine whether it is appropriate to publish a brochure presenting the speeches of the students of the evening Yeshivah*, on the occasion of the diploma ceremony. Perhaps it will suffice to indicate the content of these speeches, or else some of the points raised. Of course, the speeches of the Rabbanim*, whether exhaustive or summarized, will also be included. Without a doubt, this will attract new students to the evening Yeshivah*. Furthermore, the "competition among scholars" (note 2: Our Sages* say that "competition among scholars multiplies wisdom") will be stimulated by it. Conversely, it should be emphasized that there must be no challenges in this, that it is not a matter of rivalry (note 3: Literally, "one must not gouge eyes"). You will reflect on this together and you will surely determine what are the most convincing elements in this matter.
I send you my blessing of success in your own study of the revealed part of the Torah* and of Chassidus*, for an increase in the fervor of prayer, for greater success in the influence you exert upon your fellow. You will observe a positive result in your students, a genuine good that will also be a visible and tangible good. With my blessing to convey good news of all this,

...מהנכון הי' שיתייעצו ביניהם אם יש מקום להדפיס חוברת אשר תכלול הרצאות התלמידים דישיבת הערב בעת חלוקת התעודות, ואפשר רק תוכן הרצאות שלהם או נקודות כמובן בצירוף הנאומים (בשלימות או בקיצור) של הרבנים שנוכחו וכו' שהרי זה בודאי יביא עדוד לתלמידי ישיבת הערב, ויהווה מקום להוספה בקנאת סופרים וכו'.
לאידך גיסא יש להתחשב בהנימוק שלא להתגרות יותר מדי, ובסגנון ניט אויפרייסין די אויגין. ובהתבוננות כולם יחד בזה בטח יוכלו לשער איזה טענות מכריעות.
בברכת הצלחה בלימודו לעצמו תורת הנגלה ותורת החסידות ולהוספה בעבודת התפלה לתוספת הצלחה בהשפעתו על הזולת לראות פרי טוב במושפעיו טוב האמיתי וביחד עם זה גם טוב נראה ונגלה.
