Shalom* u'vracha*,
I have received your letter of 22 Adar*. I thank you for having briefly described to me the Chassidic* farbrengen* of the festival of Purim*. I am surprised that only three young boys, Yeshivah* students, participated in it, when several limits and precautions are precisely removed on Purim*. Do you fear men of flesh and blood to such an extent?
May Hashem* grant that you be well, including according to your own perception, for, as I told you, you are indeed in good health and it is also proper to dispel an erroneous perception, to rid oneself of it. And, may Hashem* grant you to do everything in your power to multiply these students around you, for "your friend has a friend" and oil, which alludes to the inner teaching of the Torah*, permeates everything. This is self-evident.

מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבו מכ"ב אדר, ות"ח על כתבו ר"פ מהתועדות דחג הפורים, ולפלא אשר בהתועדות זו השתתפו רק ג' בחורים תלמידי הישיבה, אף שבכלל בעניני פורים כמה הגבלות וזהירות בטלות הן, והאומנם כ"כ גדול מורא בשר ודם? ויהי רצון אשר מתוך בריאות הנכונה גם בהרגשו הוא (כי באמת כמו שאמרתי לו בריא הוא, אבל גם הרגש בלתי נכון גם ממנו צריך להפטר ולשללו).
יעשה כל התלוי בריבוי גבולו גם מתוך תלמידים האמורים וחברא חברא אית לי', והרי שמן שהוא פנימיות התורה מפעפע בכל מקום, וק"ל.
