To the Chabad* women and girls, Cleveland chapter, may Hashem* grant you long life,

Blessings and greetings,

I have received your participation in the collection of the luminous day of 19 Kislev*, the date of the liberation of the Alter Rebbe*, author of the Tanya* and the Shulchan Aruch*, for the benefit of the Chabad* quarter in our Holy Land, may it be restored and rebuilt by our righteous Mashiach*. You will find enclosed the receipt. May Hashem* grant that for many more years, each one of you and your entire chapter accomplish such deeds for the mitzvos*, in an ever-increasing manner, in accordance with the teaching of the days of Purim*, whose miracle occurred through the intermediary of a woman, Queen Esther*.

At that time, "in those days," the firm trust in Hashem* and the faith of the Jews brought about: "For the Jews there was light, joy, gladness, and honor." And, it is the same at the present time, "at this epoch." It is by strengthening this trust and this faith in the Creator of the world, Who directs it, that one can act upon oneself and around oneself, for Judaism, the Torah*, and the mitzvos*. And, Hashem* will grant that "for the Jews there will be light, joy, gladness, and honor." I send my blessing to all the participants in your chapter and to the members of their families. And, you will preserve the joy of Purim* throughout the entire year.
