By the grace of Hashem*,

Shalom* u'vracha*,

You tell me that, for a certain reason, someone has weakened in the exercise of his mission of disseminating the wellsprings (note 1: Of Chassidus*). He will surely meditate, in the proper manner and sincerely, on the beginning and foundation of the four parts of the Shulchan Aruch*: "I have placed Hashem* before me always" and, consequently, "one will feel no shame before those who mock." It is more than sufficient to meditate on all of this, to tell oneself that, quite the contrary, it is necessary, in the future, to redouble one's ardor in this dissemination (note 2: In order to respond to these mockers), including in the exterior that is found within man. May Hashem* grant that this take place in the manner described by Iggeres HaTeshuvah*, at the end of chapter 9: "If he was accustomed... (note 3: To study one chapter) two... (note 4: He will study two)," this doubling conferring wisdom.

I send you my blessing to study the Torah* with fear of Hashem* and to know immense success in your sacred mission of disseminating the wellsprings of Chassidus*, to the outside and even to the outside of the outside.
