may Hashem* grant you long life,

Blessings and greetings,

I received, with pleasure, your letter about the creation (note 2: See, on this subject, Letter no. 6047) of a "breakfast for Chabad* women and girls." Without a doubt, the action of the other departments will also show you the way that will allow you to progress in your accomplishment. May Hashem* grant that you have great success in all domains, that above all you extend your activity among the widest and broadest circles of the Jewish women and girls of Bridgeport. For, you know the saying of the Alter Rebbe* according to which Chabad* Chassidus* is not reserved for a portion of the Jewish people. It is indeed the heritage of all.

We have entered the month of Adar*, the month of the miracle of Purim*, which was brought about by Queen Esther*, a Jewish woman, through her self-sacrifice. Likewise, the Jewish women of our era must have a full awareness of their capacities and their responsibilities. Without a doubt, this will strengthen and develop the action of Chabad* women and girls, in all domains.
