To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem* and devotes himself to communal needs, Rav Israel HaCohen* (note 1: Rav I. Stock, of Bridgeport),
Shalom* u'vracha*,
I received, in due time, your letter in which you refer to the establishment of the Chabad* women's and girls' association in your city (note 2: See, on this subject, Letter no. 6092). I am surprised to have received no news since then. No doubt you will provide all these details at the earliest opportunity.
We have just experienced the Hilloula* of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, whose merit protects us. He multiplied his efforts for the Chabad* women and girls, in various ways. It is certain that if each person does what depends on him, in a natural manner, your action and your success will be increased in a supernatural manner. Indeed, our holy masters invoke the abundant divine mercy for the success of this endeavor. This is self-evident.
May Hashem* grant that you convey to me only good news of your sacred mission, of the development of the holy institution you direct, and of your action aimed at disseminating the wellsprings* (note 3: Of Chassidus) by all possible means, in your city and in your surroundings. And nothing withstands the will.

בעתו נתקבל המכתב בו כותב אודות התיסדות אגודת נשי ובנות חב"ד במחנם הט', ולפלא אשר מאז אין כל ידיעות בזה ובטח ימלא בהזדמנות הבאה הכי קרובה, וכיון שזה עתה באנו מיום ההילולא של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע אשר כ"כ השתדל בהנוגע לנשי ובנות חב"ד ובכמה אופנים בודאי שבאם תעשה כ"א כל התלוי בה בדרך הטבע תתברך עבודתן והצלחתן גם למעלה מדרך הטבע שהרי רבותנו נשיאנו הק' מעוררים ר"ר על הצלחת עבודה האמורה, וק"ל.
ויהי רצון אשר אך טוב יבשר גם מעבודתו בקדש התפתחות המוסד הק' אשר בהנהלתו וכן מפעולתו בהפצת המעינות בכל האופנים האפשרים במחנם ובסביבתם, ואין לך דבר העומד בפני הרצון.
