To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem*, Rav Shlomo* (note 1: Rav S. Rosenfeld, of Bnei Brak),

Shalom* u'vracha*,

After a long silence, I have just received your letter, for various reasons. Yet you do not indicate to me the reason for this silence. I have also received the request for a blessing that accompanied it, which will be read, at a propitious moment, at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, whose merit protects us.

The merit of your words of encouragement, at the Chassidishe farbrengens* you mention, will protect you, together with all the members of your family, so that each one obtains the fulfillment of his needs, material and spiritual alike. No doubt you will not content yourself with this. You will redouble your ardor in the dissemination of the wellsprings* (note 2: Of Chassidus) outward. Of course, you will do so in accordance with the teaching of our Sages* according to which "great is study that leads to action." Indeed, our masters emphasize that, from every idea of Chassidus*, a concrete synthesis follows, and if this is what is asked, each person surely possesses the necessary strength to fulfill this commitment completely.

Furthermore, one consumes the fruits of such action in this world and likewise regarding the World to Come, for this constitutes tzedakah* and good deeds, opening to the participants in these Chassidishe farbrengens*, to those who listen to them, and to those who receive their message, access to the life of this world and that of the World to Come. I await good news of all that has been said.

With my blessing for success in all of this and to convey good news, with true breadth of spirit,

לאחר שתיקתו הארוכה, (וכנראה ממה שכותב במכתבו שנתקבל ז"ע מפני סיבות משונות, כי גם במכתבו זה אין סיבה מספיקה) מאשר הנני קבלת המכתב עם הפ"נ שיקרא בעת רצון על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע,

וזכות דבורו דברי התעוררות בהתועדויות אודותן כותב תעמוד לו ולכל ב"ב שיחיו לכאו"א בהמצטרך לו בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד, ובודאי לא יסתפק בהאמור אלא יוסיף מאמצים בהפצת המעינות חוצה, שפשוט שהכוונה בזה באופן ע"ד מרז"ל גדול תלמוד שמביא לידי מעשה, וכידוע דרישת רבותינו נשיאינו שמכל ענין בחסידות צ"ל בכן, וכיון שדורשים זה בודאי שניתן היכולת והכחות האפשרים למלאות הדרישה במילואה ולא זו בלבד אלא שברור ג"כ שאוכלים פירות עבודה זו גם בעולם הזה ובעניני עולם הזה, שהרי זהו ענין של צדקה וגמ"ח כי מביאים את המתועדים ואת השומעים והמקבלים לחיי עולם עולם הזה וחיי עולם הבא גם יחד, ואחכה לבשו"ט בכל האמור.

בברכת הצלחה בכל האמור ולבשו"ט מתוך הרחבת הדעת אמיתית.
