I am surprised that you tell me nothing of the Chassidishe farbrengen* on the luminous day of 19 Kislev*. Indeed, this is the Rosh Hashanah* of the study of Chassidus* and the Chassidic ways, and it is therefore certain that the motivation will allow one to improve and strengthen the practice of Torah* and mitzvos* throughout the entire year.
As you know, one speaks of the head of the year — Rosh* — and not of its beginning. Indeed, the head carries within it the vitality of all the members of the body and distributes it to them. Rosh Hashanah* does so likewise for all the days of the year. You will no doubt provide me these details at the next opportunity.

... לפלא שאינו מזכיר ע"ד התועדות יום הבהיר י"ט כסלו, והרי כיוון שהוא ראש השנה ללימוד החסידות ולדרכי החסידות, בודאי שההתעוררות מביאה גם להטבה והוספה בעניני תורה ומצות בכל ימות השנה, וכידוע דיוק ראש, ולא תחלה, שהראש כולל חיות כל אברי הגוף וממשיך חיות בהם, ז.א. בכל ימות השנה, ובטח ימלא בהזדמנות הבאה.
