I bless you and greet you,

You allude to your trip to Tiberias*, to its advantages and its disadvantages. You will excuse me for comparing all of this to a merchant who would make calculations to determine whether he should open a business. He will then necessarily have to invest a hundred zuz* in renting a location and acquiring merchandise, for, if he does not open, he will never be able to earn a hundred times those hundred zuz*. In our world, there is nothing that does not require a prior investment, whether moral, physical, or financial. It is only in this way that one can obtain a significant gain.

The same applies to your trip — to the lack of comfort resulting from going to the hot springs of Tiberias*, on the one hand, and to the inestimable gain that will result from it, for long days and good years, on the other.
