Greetings and blessings,
I seize this opportunity to bring to your attention a particularly surprising fact. Why is the newspaper read by the Jews of Argentina not being used to publish words of encouragement for the study of Chassidus* and concerning, in particular, the current topics of relevance (note 2: for example, the festivals)? Certainly, it is useless to complain about the past, but we are approaching the month of Kislev* and may Hashem grant that this be remedied in the future, that such a publication become regular. Perhaps it is even feasible to have a fixed column in the Friday edition, for example.
With my blessing to convey good tidings of all this and of all the other points raised in your letter, which includes in particular a broadening of your means, with kindness, mercy, and in a positive manner,
