Greetings and blessings,
I am responding to your letter of this Sunday. I told you that it would be good to adopt an agricultural activity at the Kfar*. Nevertheless, one aspect of this question is not positive. Your letter seems to indicate that you absolutely do not wish to exercise such an activity and everything connected to it.
An accomplishment of lasting duration cannot be carried out in a methodical manner if it is based solely on submission. Indeed, various Chassidic* texts explain that will and pleasure act upon all the other forces of the personality, strengthening and developing them.
You will therefore once again seek the counsel of your friends at Kfar Chabad*, and Hashem, Who grants His Providence to each individual, will lead you on the path that will be good for you, materially and spiritually together.

במענה למכתבו מיום א', מה שאמרתי שמהנכון בשבילו להתעסק בכפר
בחקלאות... נקודה אינה רצוי' בכל הענין, אשר כנראה במכתבו אין לו חשק כלל וכלל בכל ענין האמור בכל סניפיו, ועבודה ממושכת אי אפשר שתעשה באופן מסודר באם תהי' מבוססת רק על קבלת עול, וע"ד המבואר בכ"מ בדא"ח אשר כח הרצון והענג פועלים בכל הכחות בביסוסם והתפשטותם, ויתייעץ עוד הפעם עם ידידיו בכפר חב"ד, והשי"ת המשגיח על כאו"א בהשגחה פרטית, ינחהו באופן הטוב לפניו בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד.
