Greetings and blessings,
For some time, I have had no news from you. If I base myself on what has occurred until now, this means that everything is well. Indeed, when one unfortunately has difficulties, one writes! Nevertheless, I would like you to confirm that this is indeed the case. You will also tell me what you are doing at the moment.
For the present, the purpose of this letter is the following. I had occasion to read the pamphlet in English entitled "Letter to the Diaspora" (note: see letter no. 5721), number 23, in which there is an article, also in English, called "Kfar Chabad" and signed "Gershon Segal, resident of Kfar Chabad." It therefore appears that you are the author, or that it is the reproduction of a text you wrote or a talk you gave. I would like to know whether you published this article in Hebrew, in a certain magazine, and if so, whether it is possible to consult it.
On the occasion of the new year, which approaches for us and for all of Israel, for good and for blessing, I hereby send you and all your family my blessing to be inscribed and sealed for a good and sweet year, materially and spiritually.
