Blessings and greetings,

I am responding to your letter of this Tuesday, conveying good news, since you tell me that you feel better, although you are not yet fully recovered. Having begun to share this good news, you will obtain from Hashem, in the future, to improve further and further.

You complain of a buzzing in your ears. You should ask the doctor whether you can tolerate nicotinic acid, or a product of which it is one of the components. But above all, you must strengthen your trust in Hashem, Who heals all flesh and performs wonders. The stronger your trust, the sooner you will observe the blessings of Hashem in what you need.
