Blessings and greetings,
I am responding to your letter of 21 Menachem Av, in which you describe your studies until now at the Beis Rivka* seminary in Kfar Chabad*. You have a strong motivation to continue your studies, but your parents are being asked for tuition fees, and in their current situation they cannot undertake such a commitment.
It is perfectly clear that you must continue your studies at the Beis Rivka* school, all the more so since they are fruitful. You should also influence your friends to do the same. As for the tuition fees, your parents shall once again approach the administration of this school, which likewise seeks to lighten the burden on the parents of students but must nevertheless consider to what extent this is possible, since the seminary is required to pay the salaries of the teachers. And our holy Torah* has made it known to us that regarding expenses incurred by a Jew for the education of his children in Torah* and mitzvos*, special assistance is granted to him by Hashem so that he may fulfill his obligations.
You are surely making use of the vacation period to progress in Yiddishkeit*. And your friends are doing the same. May Hashem grant you success.

במענה על מכתבה מכ"א מנ"א, בו כותבת על לימודי' עד עתה בסמינר בית רבקה אשר בכפר חב"ד ואשר רצונה חזק להמשיך בלימוד אלא שדורשים מהורי' שכר לימוד, שבמצבם עתה אין בכחם לקחת על עצמם התחייבות זו.
והנה פשוט שעלי' להמשיך בלימוד בבית ספר בית רבקה ובפרט שראתה הצלחה בזה, ולהשפיע גם על חברותי' בכיוון האמור.
ובמ"ש אודות השכר לימוד וכו' בטח ידברו הורי' שי' עוה"פ עם הנהלת בי"ס בית רבקה שגם מצדם מעונינים הם להקל העול מהורי התלמידות אלא שצ"ל אפשר, שהרי הסמינר צריך לשלם להמורות וכו' וכבר הודיעה תורתנו הק' אשר הוצאות האיש הישראלי בחינוך בניו ובנותיו לתורה ומצות, מסייעים לו במיוחד מלמעלה שיוכל לסלק כל ההתחייבות שלו.
בטח מנצלת גם ימי החופש להתקדמות בעניני יהדות וגם החבירות תי' שלה עושות כן והשי"ת יצליחן.
