You have informed me of the state of health of your wife, and here is my response. May Hashem grant that the days of her pregnancy proceed well, be easy, and that she give birth in due time and with ease.

You make reference to marital relations during the period of pregnancy and after it. You do not specify the nature of your doubt. If there is a concern according to Halacha*, you should present it to a Rav, who will indicate what must be done. If it depends on nature or health, despite what our Sages* say in Tractate Niddah* 31a, it has already been explained that the nature of the human body has changed, as specified by the Rama* on the Shulchan Aruch*, Even HaEzer*, chapter 156, paragraph 4; the responsa Maharam Shik*, Yoreh Deah* section, chapter 244; and the Sdei Chemed*, under Principles, entry Tes, paragraph 5. You should also consult the Rambam*, Laws of Divorce, chapter 11, paragraph 21, and the Taamei HaMitzvos* by Rabbi Chaim Vital*, Parshas Bereishis*, at the paragraph "concerning the marital act."

It is therefore necessary to consult a specialist doctor in this field, especially since in your case, spots of blood have been found. But this point will not be elaborated upon here.
