To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem

and devotes himself to communal needs,

Greetings and blessings,

I am replying to your letter from the eve of Shabbos*, with the request for a blessing it contained, which will be read at a propitious time at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, whose merit protects us.

Of course, the effort must be continued so that the young men maintain their study of Chassidus*. This will no doubt be more lasting if you meet with them from time to time, together with all the other Chassidim*. It will not be the same if they are left to fend for themselves. If you reflect upon this, you will surely find several ways to put all of this into practice.

I enclose the transcription of what was said at the Chassidic* farbrengen* of the Shabbos* that blessed the month of Tammuz* (note: concerning the importance of the thirtieth anniversary of the liberation of the Frierdiker Rebbe* from Soviet imprisonment, 12 Tammuz*). Without a doubt, in your city, a Chassidic* farbrengen* will take place on the day of the Festival of Liberation. Its inspiration will be maintained throughout the entire year, in every place you can reach. May Hashem grant you tremendous success.

With my blessing, on the occasion of the Festival of Liberation, and for giving good news,

P.S.: According to reports that have reached us here, it appears that if you were to intervene more directly regarding the chalav Yisrael* (supervised milk), its production would be more stable and of a higher standard of kashrus*. Now, our Sages* say that "a person possesses at least a bit of what is suspected of him" — all the more so since this was already known beforehand.

מובן שיש להמשיך בהשתדלות שהאברכים שי' ימשיכו בלימוד דא"ח, בטח יהי' לזה קיום אם מזמן לזמן יפגשו אתם הוא וכל שאר אנ"ש, משא"כ באם משאירים אותם לנפשם, ובהתבוננות בטח ימצאו כמה אופנים איך להביא הענין לידי פועל.

מוסג"פ העתקה מהמדובר בעת ההתועדות דש"מ חדש תמוז ובודאי גם במחנם הט' יתועדו בימי חג הגאולה הבע"ל ותומשך ההתעוררות על כל השנה כולה בכל מקום שידו מגעת ויהי רצון שיהי' בהצלחה מופלגה.
