Greetings and blessings,
You will surely reflect in order to develop a detailed program with the goal of taking the broadest possible advantage of the approaching festival of liberation of 12 and 13 Tammuz (note: the liberation of the Frierdiker Rebbe from Soviet prisons). This year, indeed, the words of the verse apply: "And it was, at the end of thirty years" (Yechezkel 1:1) (note: the Rebbe was liberated in 1927, and this is 1957 — thirty years), to the one whose miracle and joy we celebrate.
The central idea is the dissemination of the wellsprings (note: of Chassidus*) outward, which is the necessity and need of the moment: the study of Chassidus, the adoption of its customs and practices in ever-wider circles, the propagation of the guidelines he established — the study of Chitas* (Chumash*, Tehillim*, and Tanya*) which apply to everyone. All of this is in addition to the strengthening of Judaism in general and the study of Torah — in particular the laws applicable to daily life — and the fulfillment of mitzvos* in the best way.
May Hashem grant you success so as to give good news of all this.

בודאי יתבונן בהכנת תכנית מפורטת לניצול ימי חג הגאולה י"ב וי"ג תמוז הבע"ל ביתר שאת ויתר עז, שהרי בשנה זו הוא ע"ד הכתוב ויהי בשלשים שנה וגו' בענינים של בעל הנס והשמחה שהנקודה התיכונה היא הפצת המעינות חוצה שהיא דרישת והכרח השעה, לימוד תורת החסידות והליכה בהדרכותי' והנהגותי' בחוגים ההולכים ומתרחבים ופרסום תקנותיו בשיעורי חת"ת (חומש תהלים ותניא) השוים לכל נפש, נוסף על עניני החזקת היהדות בכלל לימוד התורה וביחוד הלכות הצריכות בחיי היום יומיים וקיום המצות בהידור. והשי"ת יצליחו לבשר טוב בזה.
