Greetings and blessings,
You write to me that the need is felt for a specific letter defining the purpose of Ohalei Yosef Yitzchak*. It is however quite clear that no such need exists in any way. Several talks (sichos*) define the purpose of education based on sacred values, particularly in our era and in the land "toward which the eyes of Hashem are always directed, from the beginning of the year to the end of the year" (Devarim 11:12).
But, as I have already written several times, one must have the desire to achieve this goal in a methodical manner, adopting the order that prevails in the World of Tikkun* (Rectification) — that is, with lights fitted to the vessels (oros b'keilim*), as the Rambam* explains at length in his introduction to the commentary on Chelek chapter: "Keep in mind that a young boy..." You should consult this text.
