Greetings and blessings,
I am responding to your letter of the eve of Rosh Chodesh* Sivan, in which you announce the creation and direction of a summer camp in your city.
Of course, it is first necessary to organize a joint meeting with the administration of the Yeshiva* Tomchei Temimim* of Montreal, from whom I have been requesting this activity for several years already, on multiple occasions. Moreover, among the leaders of this camp and among those who will benefit from it, Yeshiva students will surely form the majority.
May Hashem grant that, with coordination among all parties, you will be able to make the decision that will be truly good for the Jewish children of Montreal. Now, "there is no good but Torah" (Avos 6:3), and the mitzvos* illuminated by the luminary of the Torah — the Chassidic light and vitality.
You are surely in contact with those who organize the Lag BaOmer* parades here, in order to coordinate your activities in the future, so that each learns from the expertise of the others, based on past experience.

במענה על מכתבם מער"ח סיון, בו כותבים אודות יסוד והנהלת מחנה יומי (דעי קעמפ) במחנם הט'.
ומובן שלכל לראש צריכים לעשות אסיפה משותפה עם הנהלת ישיבת תומכי תמימים דמאנטרעאל, שמהם דרשתי את הענין זה כמה שנים וזה כמה פעמים ובפרט שבהנהלת הקעמפ ואלו שיהנו מהקעמפ, בודאי חלק היותר חשוב יהי' מתלמידי הישיבה.
ויהי רצון שבהתייעצות כולם יחד יחליטו כטוב באמת בשביל ילדי בני ישראל אשר במאנטרעאל ואין טוב אלא תורה ומצוה מוארים במאור שבתורה זוהי אור וחיות חסידותי.
בודאי עומדים בקישור עם המתעסקים בתהלוכת ל"ג בעומר דכאן למען התאמת פעולה בעתיד ולימוד אחר מחבירו על יסוד הנסיון שלהם בעבר.
