Greetings and blessings,
I am responding to your letter of 23 Iyar, in which you present the position being offered to you in a moshav*.
In my opinion, it would be good for you and for your wife, not only to reside specifically in Kfar Chabad*, but also to have an occupation within the Chabad domain. Therefore, before making a decision in this matter, you should consult once more with the communal leaders of Chabad regarding the employment proposals they can offer you. It would be good to approach the administration of the Yeshiva*, the vocational school, and the Chabad youth organization.
May Divine Providence grant you a good portion within the four cubits of Chabad, from which you will spread the wellsprings (hafotzas hamaayanos*) until they reach the outside.
At a propitious moment, I will mention all those you cite at the holy resting place (Ohel*) of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, whose merit protects us.

במענה על מכתבו מכ"ג אייר, בו כותב אודות הצעת משרה במושב וכו'.
וכיון שלדעתי טוב לפניו ולפני זוגתו תחי' לא רק הדירה בכפר חב"ד אלא שגם התעסקותם תהי' בעניני כרם חב"ד, הרי טרם יחליט בהאמור, ידבר עוד הפעם עם עסקני חב"ד אודות האפשריות להיות עסוק בעניני חב"ד. ומהנכון שידבר בזה עם הנהלת הישיבה ובית ספר למלאכה וגם עם הנהלת צעירי אגודת חב"ד.
ויהי רצון שהשגחה העליונה תעמידהו על חלק היפה בתוככי ד' אמות של חב"ד מבפנים, ומשם להפיץ המעינות עד שיגיעו גם חוצה.
בעת רצון אזכיר את כל אלו שכותב אודותם על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע.
