You refer to a journey here (see note 1). You know my opinion on this subject (see note 2).
The students of Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim* of Lod* have a sacred obligation to ensure that this institution becomes known in every corner of the Holy Land — for honor, glory, and renown. Now, all of this depends solely on these students.
You must therefore not trouble yourself by thinking about journeys to any place whatsoever. May Hashem* grant that you succeed in convincing yourself and in convincing the other students that this is their good — material and spiritual.

(1) This letter is addressed to a student at the Lubavitch Yeshivah of Lod who wished to continue his studies near the Rebbe.

... במש"כ ע"ד נסיעה לכאן - ידועה דעתי בזה שעל תלמידי תו"ת דלוד חוב קדוש ללמוד באופן כזה שתתפרסם ישיבה זו בכל קצוי אה"ק ת"ו לתהלה ולשם ולתפארת - ואך ורק בהתלמידים תלוי הנ"ל - ולא לבלבל עצמם במח' דנסיעות לאיזה מקום שיהי'. והלואי שיזכה ויצליח להשפיע ע"ע ועל שאר הת' שי' בזה, שזה הטוב לפניהם בגו"ר.
