To the Nshei U'Bnos Chabad* association,

at Kfar Chabad*, may Hashem grant you long life,

Blessings and greetings,

I received, in due time, your letter, which had a general scope and presented your activities. You mention the strengthening and development of your association, in particular the improvement that is manifesting in the practice of mitzvos*, especially those that pertain to women.

Indeed, every woman is a daughter of Sarah, Rivka, Rochel*, and Leah, which means that Hashem grants her special strengths, emanating from the souls of the holy Mothers of Israel (Imahos*).

By being aware of all this, one can be encouraged and not be troubled by difficulties and obstacles. One can verify in practice that by confronting them with determination and resolve, one reduces them from the outset and, subsequently, one achieves the objective that one has set with greater success.

May Hashem grant that you convey good tidings of all that has been said. Without doubt, this will multiply the blessings of Hashem, in all your needs and those of the members of your family.

I am enclosing a letter (see note 1), which refers to the hilula* (see note 2) of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, of blessed memory, founder of Kfar Chabad, who still directs it at the present time. Without the shadow of a doubt, he stands on high and invokes divine mercy for all the inhabitants of the Kfar and for everyone in general, so that the Kfar may rightfully bear the name of Chabad*, and receive in abundance blessing and success, materially and spiritually.
