Greetings and blessings,
I am sending you the receipts for what you sent me, in accordance with your instructions.
May Hashem grant that you meet with success and that, from time to time, you experience elevation in this mitzvah* of tzedakah*, from one level to the next — tzedakah in the literal sense and also moral tzedakah, by exerting a positive influence on those around you, to "elevate a nation," as explained at the beginning of Torah Or* and in the Likkutei Torah* on three parshiyos*.
As is explained in various passages of Iggeres HaKodesh*, this practice will hasten the healing of your son, to whom Hashem will grant long life. He will be concretely healed, here below. Iggeres HaKodesh specifies the role of tzedakah in this regard.
This can also be connected to the explanation of the Tanya*, in chapter 37, page 48b, showing the importance of tzedakah.

מוסג"פ הקבלות על שילוחו מתאים להוראותיו, ויהי רצון אשר חפץ ה' בידו יצליח אשר מזמן לזמן יעלה במצות הצדקה מחיל אל חיל, צדקה כפשוטה בגשמיות [וצדקה ברוחניות ע"י השפעה בסביבתו לרומם גוי (עיין תו"א בתחלתו ובלקו"ת לג' פרשיות שם) ]. וע"פ המבואר באגה"ק בכ"מ ימהר זה רפואת בנו... שליט"א רפואה בפועל למטה מעשרה טפחים וכמבואר באגה"ק שם סגולת הצדקה בזה, ויש לקשר הדברים עם המבואר בתניא פרק ל"ז (מ"ח ע"ב ואילך) במעלת הצדקה.
