To the distinguished chassid* who fears Hashem and carries out a divine mission, Rav Aharon Mordechai (see note 1),
Greetings and blessings,
I have duly received your letter of 28 Kislev* and those that preceded it. No doubt the members of the administration of the network (see note 2) are increasingly close to one another, just as these members are, in turn, close to the teachers.
The drafting of a general curriculum for all the schools of the network will make it easier to achieve such a result. Perhaps the conditions of the locale will necessitate certain adjustments from one school to another, but these will be only details, and one can leave the latitude to each principal or to each teacher, for his class, to add something specific to the general points.
You ask me about the text of the tombstone (see note 3). The name of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, or at least that of Chabad* Lubavitch*, must be mentioned there, for obvious reasons. Whoever reads it will remember these words. One thereby awakens the merit of others. This is self-evident.
You have surely received my letter (see note 4), which responded to that of your mother, to whom Hashem will grant long life.
No doubt you took advantage of the 10th of Kislev* (see note 5), Yud-Tes Kislev* (see note 6), and Chanukah*, in the schools of the network, in the appropriate manner.

מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבו מכ"ח כסלו והקודמים, ובודאי מהדקים יותר ויותר הקשרים שבין חברי הנהלת הרשת, בין חברי ההנהלה עצמה ועם המורים, ובזה בטח תעזור עריכת תכנית כללית בשביל מוסדות הרשת, אשר אף שאפשר שיש תנאי המקום שדורשים איזה שינוי בין [בית] ספר אחד להשני, בטח אין זה אלא שינוים קלים, והרי אפשר להניח מקום לכל מנהל ומורה בכתתו להוסיף על הנקודה הכללית שינוים מתאימים לתנאים המיוחדים.
במ"ש אודות הנוסח של המצבות, צריך הוא להערך בנוסח כזה שיוזכר שם כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר או עכ"פ שם חב"ד ליובאוויטש והטעמים מובנים, שכל הקוראו במצבה יזכיר גם תיבות אלו שבמילא מעוררים זכות אחרים, וק"ל.
