Greetings and blessings,
On the one hand, I was pleased by the description of the actions you have carried out during the past weeks. But on the other hand, I was pained to learn that for a certain period you did not contribute your participation, due to differences of opinion in which you did not wish to intervene.
Indeed, how do all the explanations, all the justifications — even fully justified ones — help to illuminate the darkness of the outside, which, because of our many sins, penetrates the inside as well? And the inside, including that of the synagogue and the house of study, must be healed, restored, and improved, as explained in the series of chassidic* discourses VeKachah*, from chapter 63 onward.
These days must be devoted to action and not to words, analysis, dialogues, and negotiations, which serve only to justify inactivity and strengthen the torpor of each individual — and therefore the torpor of the exile*.
May Hashem grant that these days of deliverance and miracles inspire each person, and that, in the expression (see note 1) of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, "one listens to the story of the lights (see note 2)." May all of this be applied concretely, to illuminate "at the door of one's house" and all the way to "the outside," in an ever-increasing manner (see note 3).

...מחד גיסא נהניתי מתיאורו הפעולות שנעשו בשבועות שעברו, אבל מאידך גיסא נצטערתי לכתבו שכמה זמן לא שיתף פעולה מפני החילוקי דעות ולא רצה להתערב וכו' וכו' - כי מה יועילו כל הטעמים וההסברות (אפילו אם הם צודקים במילואם) להאיר החושך שבחוצה ואשר בעוה"ר חדר גם לפנים. וגם הפנים ואפי' הפנים דביהכנ"ס ובביהמ"ד צריך לריפוי (עיין המשך וככה פס"ג ואילך) לתיקון ולשיפור. והיום לעשותם ולא לדבורים ושקו"ט ודו"ד ומו"מ שאינם אלא מצדיקים העדר הפעולה ומגדילים תרדמת הפרט ובמילא גם תרדמת הגלות.
ויה"ר אשר ימי הגאולה והנסים הללו יעוררו את כאו"א, וכפתגם כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר - זאל מען דערהערען וואס די ליכטעלעך דערציילען, ויבוא במעשה בפועל להאיר על פתח ביתו (עד שיאיר גם) מבחוץ, ובאופן דמוסיף והולך.
