Igrot Kodesh · Letter 493 — Torah Infrastructure in London
Volume 3 · Letter 89
By the grace of Hashem,
9 Sivan* 5709,
To the distinguished chassid* who fears Hashem,
the Rav Y. Rabinson[1],
I greet and bless you,
In accordance with our telephone conversation of yesterday, we have decided to send to the city of London books and publications. The details of the shipments are enclosed with this letter.
Regarding the money we have received: 1) Reb Chaim Zalman Kozliner[2] contributed to the sum. 2) Mr. Ostrovsky[3]. The sum of money mentioned in your letter has been received.
As for the list of interested persons, it is not yet ready, but as soon as it is prepared, we will send it to you. We are doing everything in our power to ensure that the books reach you as quickly as possible.
Regarding the Torah* and Chassidus* classes: We suggest entrusting this to people who have Chassidus* within them, such as Reb Pinchas Althaus[4] and people of his caliber. It would be appropriate to entrust the organization of the classes to such a person or to a group of people of this type. The important thing is to place matters in good hands.
With my blessings and wishes for success and peace,
M. Schneerson,
Director of the Executive Committee[5].
