Greetings and blessings,

I have learned of your state of health and your hospitalization. I hope that upon receiving this letter, you are already feeling better and will soon be able to inform me of this, especially since we are in the month of Kislev*, the month of miracles and deliverance, of the victory of the teachings of Chabad, of its leaders, and of those who follow their way and put their teachings into practice.

One of the most important principles is: "You shall surely help him" — physically. The service of Hashem must be healthy and wholesome. The body too must be so, especially that of Jews, a unique people on the earth, who reveal the Unity even in material concerns — not only by strengthening spirit over form, but also by transforming that form into spirit, so that the unity be genuine.

הגיעתני הידיעה ע"ד מצב בריאותו ואשר נמצא בבית ריפוי ותקותי שלעת קבלת מכתבי זה כבר הוטב מצבו ובעצמו יוכל לבשר עד"ז בקרוב, ובפרט שהרי עתה נמצאים אנו בחדש כסלו הוא חדש הנסים והגאולה נצחון תורת חב"ד ונשיאי' וההולכים בעקבותם ומקיימים את ההוראות שלה.

אשר אחת מהעיקריות היא עזוב תעזוב עמו, עם הגוף שכיון שהעבודה צ"ל בריאה ושלימה מובן שגם הגוף צ"ל בריא ושלם ובפרט שישראל הם גוי אחד בארץ שממשיכים האחדות גם בענינים ארצים ולא רק שמגבירים הצורה על החומר אלא שעושים גם מן החומר צורה שתהי' אחדות אמיתית.

בברכה לבשר טוב בטוב הנראה והנגלה בכל האמור לעיל.
