Greetings and blessings,
I am responding to your letter, which was undated.
You should consult, regarding what you mention (see note 1), the Responsa of the Tzemach Tzedek*, Yoreh De'ah* section, chapter 93 (see note 2), as well as what he explains regarding the verse: "He is merciful" (see note 3). This is printed in the addenda of the Tehillim* Ohalei Yosef Yitzchak, pages 626 and 627. You should also consult the references cited by the Darkei Teshuvah, on Yoreh De'ah*, chapter 181, paragraphs 17 to 19.
It would be good to have your tefillin* checked. In addition, you should establish a fixed time for the study of Chassidus*. You should learn at least a few lines of it each day.
