To the distinguished chassid* who fears Hashem, Rav Eliyahu (Rav E. Nehmad, of Buenos Aires, Argentina),
Greetings and blessings,
I have duly received your letter, in addition to the request for a blessing transmitted to me by the Rav* and distinguished chassid*, Rav Dov Ber Baumgarten, shlita* — the Rebbe's emissary in Buenos Aires.
As you ask, I will mention all those you cite near the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, of blessed memory, in accordance with the content of your letter.
We are entering a new year, and in keeping with the saying of the author of the Tanya* and the Shulchan Aruch*, an additional light is then revealed in the world. You should consult, on this subject, Iggeres HaKodesh*, chapter 14, at the end of the Tanya*. Consequently, you yourself, your friends, and all the members of the holy community Shuva Yisrael*, together with the women and family members, are no doubt making an addition to everything concerning the Torah* and the mitzvos*.
In this way, the Creator of the world, Who directs it, will surely multiply His blessings for each and every one of you, in all your needs.
May Hashem grant that you give me good news of all this.
As you request, I am sending you herewith a shekel* emanating from one of the charity boxes of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, of blessed memory. May you achieve success in all of this.

וכבקשתו יזכירו את כל אלה שכותב אודותם על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, מתאים לתוכן כתבו.
ובודאי אשר כיון שנכנסנו בשנה חדשה, אשר כפתגם כ"ק אדמו"ר הזקן בעל התניא ושולחן ערוך, מתוסף אור בעולם (ראה באגרת הקדש סי' י"ד בסוף ספר התניא), מוסיף הוא וגם חבריו וכל חברי העדה הקדושה שובה ישראל שיחיו, הם ונשיהם ובני ביתם שיחיו בעניני תורה ומצות, ועל ידי זה יוסיף בורא עולם ומנהיגו בברכותיו לכל אחד ואחת מהם בהמצטרך להם, ויהי רצון שיבשר טוב בכל האמור.
כבקשתו מוסגר בזה שקל אחד מאחת הקופות של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, ויהי' להצלחה בכל האמור.
