To the leaders of the youth of the Chabad* association in the Holy Land, Tel Aviv chapter,
Greetings and blessings*,
I have duly received your letter, providing a report of your activities of 18 Elul*, and I await the continuation of your news — good and detailed, to the extent necessary — on how you are making use of Tishrei*, the seventh month (see note 1), saturated (see note 2) with all the forces (see note 3). I thank you in advance.
The same applies to the content of my letter (see note 4) regarding how to make use of the impression made by the visit of the emissaries (see note 5), whom Hashem will grant long life.
May Hashem grant you the success of giving good news of all this.
