Greetings and blessings*,

I have duly received your request for a blessing.

And, on the occasion of the approaching new year, for us and for all of Yisroel*, for good and for blessing, I express my blessing to you and to all of yours, that you be inscribed and sealed for a good and sweet year, materially and spiritually.

You surely keep engraved in your mind the injunction of our Sages* that whoever is in the army receives a special commandment: "Your camp shall be holy."

Moreover, you are in the land of which it is said that "the eyes of Hashem are always upon it, from the beginning of the year to the end of the year."

You will influence your friends in this direction and may Hashem grant you success.
