Enclosed you will find the fascicle published on the occasion of 2 Nissan, which has just appeared, an open letter from Machaneh Israel* and another from Merkaz L'Inyanei Chinuch*, which you will make available to as many people as possible.

It is no doubt unnecessary to emphasize to someone like you the great importance of concrete action in all these domains and with regard to the situation[2] of Merkaz L'Inyanei Chinuch*. The festival days are particularly propitious for this, and I await your good news.
