To the leaders of the union of yeshivah* students,
may Hashem grant you long life,
Greetings and blessings,
You will find enclosed the text of the telegram that the Rebbe shlita* sent you on the occasion of your gathering (see note 1):
"I send my blessing to this gathering so that it know success, that it reveal the strengths of Orthodox youth in general and of yeshivah students in particular, in order to magnify the Torah of perfection with pure fear of Hashem, to adorn it and to spread its wellsprings* (see note 2), to work with all due ardor to elevate the standing of the Tradition of Yisroel, by imbuing all circles of the Children of Yisroel with Yiddishkeit*, and above all, by winning over the youth to the Torah of life and its Mitzvos*.
May one accomplish immediate teshuvah*, Torah and Mitzvos, immediate redemption, from physical and spiritual exile to true freedom.

להכינוס: שנערך בקשר לביקור השלוחים באה"ק, שעליו דן לעיל אגרת ד'תקמו, ובהנסמן בהערות שם.
לקראת הכינוס הזה נשלחה אגרת מהמזכירות, אל אנ"ש ומוסדות חב"ד, שבה נאמר בין השאר:
בתכנית שליחותם של השלוחים הנ"ל הוקבע כינוס של תלמידינו ותלמידי הישיבות באה"ק ת"ו ליום ראשון כ"ח מנ"א הבע"ל, ובזה הננו לעורר ולבקש את כל מוסדות חב"ד בכל אתר ואתר לשלוח מכתב או מברק ברכה לכינוס הנ"ל, שעי"ז יביעו השתתפות אישית בכינוס ויוסיפו הרבה לעצם הכינוס ולכל ענין השליחות הנ"ל.
