You must have received the Purim* fascicle by now — please confirm receipt.
I again request that the Ma'amad* committee issue individual receipts. [2] The committee should together decide how to ensure that Ma'amad* contributions do not decrease when some people leave the city [3] (that is, when chassidim* continue on to their next destinations).
I wish to clarify once again: the long letter [4] was not addressed to you personally, but to the entire community.
Ma'amad* is distinct from everything else, just as the essence of life is identical for all — differences exist only in the form of its revelation. This is not the occasion to elaborate.
