To the Rav, distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem
and bears a sacred mission, Rav Azriel (see note 1),

Greetings and blessings,

I have received your letter of 14 Menachem Av, which followed a very long silence. You describe the Chassidic gathering* held on the luminous day of the liberation* (see note 2) and the arrangements that were made for the vacation period.

I am somewhat surprised by the restrictions that have apparently been imposed on the girls' school, by merging classes, while the current period calls for development and expansion, rather than a freeze on the situation, and how much more so rather than a reduction.

Perhaps it is still possible to do something for the vacation and especially to ensure that the studies are well organized. It would be good to discuss this with the eminent Rav B. E. G. (see note 3). You should also consider acquiring the appropriate building. Obviously, you may write that you are doing so on my advice.

I am enclosing a pamphlet that has recently appeared. Surely you will make its content available to the greatest number. The merit of all depends upon you.

לאחרי הפסק הכי ארוך נתקבל מכתבו מי"ד מנ"א, בו כותב אודות ההתועדות דיום הבהיר יום הגאולה והסדרים בימי החופש, ולפלא קצת שכנראה עושים צמצומים בביה"ס דנערות אף כי הצמצום ע"י צירוף כתות וכיו"ב, בה בשעה שעתה הוא הזמן להתרחבות והתפשטות ולא לעמידה במצב אחד ועאכו"כ שלא לצמצומים, ואפשר יש עוד לתקן גם בהנוגע לימי החופש, ועאכו"כ לסדר לימודים כסדרם, וכדאי שיתדבר בדבר זה עם הרה"ג כו' הרבא"ג שי', וכן בהנוגע לקנין בית מתאים, ומובן שיכול לכתוב שעושה זה ע"פ הצעתי.

מוסג"פ הקונטרס שהו"ל לא כבר, ובטח יזכה בתוכנו את הרבים וזכות הרבים תלוי בו.
