Greetings and blessings,
You complain that the results of your work are not what they should be. You say that despite your efforts, you have not known success. Abandon therefore everything that prevents or weakens concrete action!
You have surely seen the discourse (see note 1) of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, based on the account of the Tzaddik*, Rav Menachem Mendel of Chernobyl (see note 2), according to which everything that obstructs concrete action emanates from a source that is not pure.
Such thoughts must therefore be driven away from the four cubits* of every Jew in general, and from those of a former student of the yeshivah* (see note 3), son of a former student of the yeshivah, in particular. Divine Providence* has placed you in a ray of light by enabling you to draw the hearts of the sons and daughters of Yisroel closer to our Father Who is in Heaven. Furthermore, you have before you the one who assists you (see note 4).
From time to time, your possibilities are thereby increased. Consequently, the strengths enabling you to act are also very great. It is unnecessary to say more, since a brief reflection suffices to establish that this is indeed so.

... ובמה שמתאונן שעובד ובכ"ז התוצאות אינן כדבעי ולא הצליח בענין פלוני וכו', הנה כלך מכל דבר המונע או מחליש העבודה בפועל, ובודאי ראה שיחת מו"ח אדמו"ר מיוסד על סיפור מהרה"צ כו' הרמ"מ מטשערנאביל; שכיון שמונע מעבודה בפועל מקורו בלתי טהור, ויש לגרש מחשבות אלו מד' אמות של איש הישראלי בכלל, ועאכו"כ תמים בן תמים שזכה אשר השגחה העליונה העמידתו בקרן אורה לקרב לב בני ובנות ישראל לאבינו שבשמים, זכה לעזר כנגדו גם בענין זה ומזמן לזמן עוד מגדילים האפשריות, ובד"מ גם הכחות לפעול גדולות בזה, והאריכות בדבר המובן בהתבוננות קלה אך למותר.
