To the leaders of the youth of the Chabad* association, the Tel Aviv group, may Hashem grant you long life,

I greet you and bless you (see note 1).

I have duly received your letter and I await your further good news, in particular regarding the organization and the genuine benefit from the stay of the emissaries (see note 2), may Hashem grant them long life, in our Holy Land, to the fullest extent possible.

Naturally, it is necessary to obtain, for this, the collaboration of all the Chassidim* of the Holy Land. And the youth must, in this matter, be the first to act. Indeed, they have not been using their strength for many years already in mundane domains (see note 3). Their enthusiasm must therefore be much greater. One must make use of the vigor of youth and also of that of maturity — in the same way as everything belonging to creation — in order to build a dwelling for Hashem here below, through the Torah* and the mitzvos*.

Chassidus* emphasizes that a person resides in his home with the entirety of his being. And the same is true for the Dwelling of the Heavenly Man. For this, one must disseminate the wellsprings of the hidden teaching of the Torah. It is in this way that one cleaves to the hidden aspect of the Holy One, blessed be He.

In anticipation of your good news, I conclude by granting you my blessing for considerable success in your holy mission. For this, you must be "all as one" (see note 4), as explained by the Alter Rebbe* in chapter 32 of the Tanya* (see note 5).

מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבם, ואחכה להמשך בשורות הטובות, ובפרט בסידור ובניצול שהות השלוחים שליט"א באה"ק ת"ו ככל הדרוש, ומובן שזה תלוי בשיתוף פעולה של כל אנ"ש אשר באה"ק ת"ו, ובזה הצעירים צריכים להיות מהלוקחים חלק בראש, כיון שכחותיהם עדיין לא נשתמשו כ"כ שנים בעניני חול מרצם צ"ל גדול יותר והרתיחה דימי הבחרות עד ימי העמידה צריכים להשתמש בה כבכל שאר עניני הבריאה בכדי לעשות לו דירה בתחתונים ע"י עניני תורה ומצות, וע"פ המבואר בחסידות שענין דירה היא שאדם נמצא בו בכל עצמותו ועד"ז בדירת אדם העליון מוכרח לזה הפצת המעינות סתים דאורייתא שעי"ז מתקשרים בסתים דקוב"ה.

המצפה לבשו"ט וחותם בברכת הצלחה מופלגה בעבודתם בקדש שזהו תלוי בזה שיהיו כולם כאחד, וכמבואר בדברי רבנו הזקן בתניא פרק ל"ב.
