To the organization of Chabad* women and girls, the Tel Aviv group, may Hashem grant you long life,

I greet you and bless you.

I have duly received your letter of 26 Tammuz, which came after a particularly long interruption. I read with pleasure that the courses are continuing, that meetings are scheduled. No doubt the Chassidim* are assisting you in organizing the lectures, as I have emphasized to them many times.

Although you do not specify it, you are surely making use of the school vacation period (see note 1). Indeed, some of the children (see note 2) wander the streets without a clear purpose. They must therefore be organized into classes and groups, in the appropriate manner, and given a message with substance. It would be good to remind the other groups (see note 3) of this necessity, for this endeavor is particularly important.

I have good hope that the emissaries (see note 4), may Hashem grant them long life, will convey to you the greetings from here (see note 5). Your meeting with them will surely be beneficial in various ways.

May Hashem grant that this benefit extends throughout the entire year, in a fruitful manner.

With my blessing for good news of all this.

מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבן מכ"ו תמוז, לאחרי הפסק הכי ארוך, ונעם לי לקרות בו אשר מתקיימים השיעורים וקביעות האסיפות, ובטח אנ"ש יסייעו בידם בהנוגע להרצאות וכיו"ב, מתאים למה שעוררתים כמה מהם עד"ז.

אף שאין מזכירות ע"ד זה בודאי מנצלות ימי חופש הנוער מבתי הספר, שחלק מהם מסתובבים ברחובות ללא מטרה מסוימה בכדי לארגנם בכתות או קבוצות מתאימות ולהעניקם בענין של תוכן, ומהנכון שיעוררו גם שאר הסניפים ע"ד פעולה זו כי רב ערכה.

תקותי שהשלוחים שליט"א מכאן מסרו פ"ש, ופגישתם יחד בטח תביא תועלת בכמה פרטים, ויה"ר שתומשך התועלת על כל השנה ובהצלחה.
