I bless you and greet you (see note 1).
In the framework of the activities of the Chabad* women and girls, you have surely met the emissaries (see note 2) who came from here, may Hashem grant them long life.
As planned, they are to visit the Chabad women's and girls' groups in our Holy Land, may it be restored and rebuilt by our righteous Moshiach*, in order to bring them greetings from here (see note 3). Subsequently, they will also serve as emissaries to convey to here (see note 4) news of the development of the very important activities carried out by the Chabad women and girls.
I await good news of all this.
