You tell me that you traveled on this ship (on which Shabbos* is not observed; see letter 4555) and that during Shabbos, you had the opportunity to recite Kiddush* with wine (as if nothing prevents Shabbos observance on board).
I am surprised by this. Does this justify a public desecration of Shabbos? Moreover, you recited this Kiddush with wine belonging to the owners of a ship that travels, in full public view, during Shabbos. The supervision in this matter is therefore merely a ruse and a deception — for, of course, the wine of one who publicly desecrates Shabbos is not prohibited due to contact with a non-Jew (but rather because its owner desecrates Shabbos).
This has led you to overlook the following problem: it is not certain that one must recite a blessing over such wine. Indeed, there is a controversy regarding such prohibitions. And from all this arises another doubt: did you take your meal that evening without first reciting Kiddush (if it turns out that the one you pronounced is not valid)?
Likewise, you surely devoted a moment to reading, or you made use, in some manner, of the ship's electric lighting, whose passengers and crew are Jewish. The light that is kindled for them is therefore also forbidden to everyone else, even though it is said that "a candle lit for one person illuminates a hundred."
This situation also led you to drink water and wash your hands. On modern ships, seawater is drawn during the voyage and boiled to make fresh water. The water used during the night was therefore boiled during the preceding day, and that used during the day was boiled a few hours earlier.
Consequently, by the middle of the day, the water available on the ship was boiled during the night or the morning of Shabbos. And in this matter, the principle that "a candle lit for one person illuminates a hundred" does not apply either.
