To the leaders of Chabad Youth, Tel Aviv chapter, may Hashem grant you long life,
Greetings and blessings,
After a long interruption, I duly received your report detailing the activities of the liberation celebration (of the Frierdiker Rebbe* from Soviet imprisonment) on the 12th and 13th of Tammuz. I am surprised that you do not mention other matters. You surely had the time and found the opportunity for many achievements between the previous report and this one. Perhaps you will complete all this at the next opportunity. May Hashem grant that its content be joyful, in keeping with the possibilities and your abilities.
It is no doubt unnecessary to remind you that you should take advantage of the visit of the emissaries (sent to Eretz Yisroel* following the Kfar Chabad* attack; see letter 4546), may Hashem grant them long life, to the Holy Land for several weeks. They are the representatives of the Chassidim* and my delegates. May the Divine Name be praised through you and through them.
I await good and detailed news.

לאחרי ההפסק הארוך נתקבל הדו"ח מפרט הפעולות דימי הגאולה י"ב וי"ג תמוז, ולפלא שאין כותבים ע"ד שאר הענינים, והרי בודאי הי' זמן ומקום לכמה פעולות מעת הדו"ח האחרון ועד דו"ח זה, ואולי ימלאו בהזדמנות הבאה, ויה"ר שיהי' תוכן משמח ומתאים להיכולת וליכולתם.
בודאי למותר לעוררם אשר ינצלו ביקור השלוחים שליט"א שעלו מכאן למשך איזה שבועות לאה"ק ת"ו בתור ב"כ אנ"ש ובאי כחי, ומניכו ומיניהו יתקלס שם עילאה.
ואחכה לבשו"ט ומפורטות.
