Greetings and blessings,

I received your letter from Motza'ei Shabbos*, which came after an interruption. You briefly describe your activities in general and those of the luminous days of the liberation celebration (of the Frierdiker Rebbe* from Soviet imprisonment, the 12th and 13th of Tammuz) in particular. It is a shame that this group (presumably of students who participated in the farbrengen*) was numerically smaller than the others.

May Hashem grant that each of its members, in turn, influence his friends. As I wrote to you previously, you surely correspond with them, including after the farbrengen.

I was particularly pleased to read that you gave a lecture to the Chabad women's and girls' group. No doubt you will do so again in the future and will encourage your friends to follow your example, in the proper manner. Recently, they have been complaining about not receiving help (see letter 4429) in organizing lectures and classes.

According to the schedule, the young emissaries (sent to Eretz Yisroel* following the Kfar Chabad* attack; see letter 4546), may Hashem grant them long life, will arrive in the Holy Land at the beginning of Menachem Av*. May Hashem grant that their mission be a success. Its central point is the spreading of the wellsprings* (of Chassidus*), so that they reach the outside as well, for such is indeed the need of the moment — introducing and preparing the coming of our righteous Moshiach*, very soon and in our days. For he will come when these wellsprings have spread.

Fortunate is he who exerts effort in this matter. He will be rewarded first.

P.S.: I received the Machanayim* pamphlet for Shavuos*, as well as pamphlet no. 83. I am surprised not to have the intermediate pamphlets, from no. 80 to the one I just received. To the extent possible, please fill the gap. I thank you in advance.

I subsequently received pamphlets no. 84 and 85, as well as copies of pamphlets no. 1 to 7, 9 to 11, and 15. Do they exist only in copy form?

For a certain reason, the dispatch of this letter was delayed, and in the meantime, I received the letter you wrote on 3 Menachem Av to the secretariat, about the program for receiving these emissaries. I await the continuation of your good news.

Obviously, if this results in additional expenses that you are unable to cover, please let me know, and I will ask the Chassidim* to organize a collection for this purpose.

No doubt the decisions made at your meeting have been followed by action. May Hashem grant you success, directing you in the proper path.

לאחרי ההפסק נתקבל מכתבו ממוצש"ק, בו כותב ראשי פרקים מפעולותיו בכלל ובימים הבהירים חג הגאולה בפרט, ומצער שהקבוצה היתה מחבריו קטנה בכמות, ויה"ר שכל אחד מהקבוצה יהי' טופח ע"מ להטפיח בין חבריו, ובטח ככתבי מאז עומד עמהם בקישור גם לאחרי ההתועדות.

נעם לי ביותר לקרות ע"ד הרצאתו בסניף נשי ובנות חב"ד, ובודאי יעשה כזה גם להבא ויזרז ככל הדרוש גם את שאר אנ"ש על ענין זה, ובפרט שבזמן האחרון מתאוננות שאין מסייעים בידם ע"י הרצאות לימוד לפניהן וכו'...

לפי התכנית, הנה בתחלת חדש מנ"א יגיעו האברכים השלוחים שליט"א לאה"ק ת"ו, יה"ר שיצליחו בשליחותם, אשר הנקודה התיכונה היא הפצת המעינות עד שיגיעו גם חוצה כיון שזהו דרישת השעה, הקדמה והכנה לביאת משיח צדקנו ב"ב אשר אז קאתי מר לכשיפוצו המעינות, ואשרי המשתדל בזה שהוא הנוטל חלק בראש.

נתקבלו לאח"כ גם החוברת פ"ד - פ"ה ובקופיר החוברת א-ז, ט-יא, ט"ו. ההופיעו רק בקופיר?

מסיבה נתעכב השלוח, ונמסר לי בינתיים מכתבו להמזכירות מג' מנ"א, ע"ד התכנית לקבלת פני הנ"ל. ואחכה להמשך בשו"ט. ומובן שאם תהיינה בזה הוצאות נוספות שאין מקור לסילוקן - יודיע ואעורר את אנ"ש שי' לתרום ע"ז. ובודאי הביאו החלטות אסיפתם בפועל. ויה"ר שיהי' בהצלחה ובכיוון הרצוי.

זה עתה נתקבלו החוברות מחניים פו-פז, ות"ח עבורן, בטח באם באפשרי, ישלח גם התנ"ך שבהוצאת צה"ל, ות"ח מראש.
