To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem and devotes himself to communal needs, Rav Chaim Shaul,

Greetings and blessings,

I am responding to your letter of 22 Tammuz, in which you consider the recruitment of a monitor (for the Yeshivah Achei Temimim* in Rishon LeZion). It is clear that such a decision must be made locally, taking into account the success of the students.

May Hashem grant that you achieve immense success, that together you raise disciples of whom it can rightly be said: "See the disciples that I have raised." Those who stand at the head of this sacred endeavor will be rewarded first, with long days and good years — good in every sense of the term, in the expression of my father-in-law, the Rebbe.

And may you achieve success also in the fulfillment of your profound and essential mission — that of building for Hashem a Sanctuary in this lower world.

במענה על מכתבו מכ"ב תמוז, בו כותב אודות לקיחת מדריך וכו' - ומובן שבכגון דא מחליטים על אתר ואחרי ראות הצלחתו בהתלמידים, ויה"ר שתהי' הצלחה מופלגה וכולם יחד יקימו גידולין שבצדק יוכלו עליהם לומר ראו גידולים שגדלתי, והעומדים בראש עבודה הכי קדושה זו לוקחים חלק בראש באריכות ימים ושנים טובות, טובות עם כל הפירושים כביטוי כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר ולהצלחה במילוי תפקידם הפנימי והעיקרי לעשות לו ית' דירה בתחתונים.
