To the leaders of the Chabad youth association

at Kfar Chabad, may Hashem grant you long life,

I greet you and bless you.

I duly received your reports of the 12th and 24th of Sivan, as well as that of the 2nd of Tammuz. No doubt you will maintain this positive practice — not only in sending me this report but also in intensifying your activity, which is more easily accomplished by writing down what was said at the meeting. Thus, during the following meeting, one can verify the extent to which the previous decisions have been put into practice, and the reason certain points were not followed through. May Hashem grant that you immediately observe the positive contribution of such an approach.

One of the essential objectives of the Chabad youth association, as well as of the Chabad organization itself, is the spreading of the wellsprings (see note 1) by every possible means. It would therefore be good to emphasize to the other branches of the Chabad youth association the necessity of adopting the practice described above, which has a broad positive contribution, as I said. Obviously, you may tell them that you are doing so at my suggestion.

I am surprised that you do not address, in your report, the question of support for the development of the branch of Nshei uBnos Chabad* at Kfar Chabad. They complain of not being helped by the men — in particular regarding the lectures that they could give before them.

May Hashem grant that you succeed in this as well. There are no words to explain how important the merit that results from this is.

No doubt you will also discuss the Chassidic farbrengens* of the luminous day of the 12th of Tammuz (see note 2). Indeed, your report seems to indicate that you were among the organizers.

It is surely unnecessary to remind you that you must do everything in your power so that the stay of the emissaries (see note 3) in the Holy Land meets with the greatest success.

מאשר הנני קבלת הפרטי כל מימי י"ב וכ"ד סיון וב' תמוז, ובטח ימשיכו במנהג טוב זה, כוונתי לא רק לשלוח הפ"כ אלא לתוספת סדר בעבודתם אשר הרבה מסייע בזה העלות הדברים על הכתב מהאסיפה ובעת האסיפה השני' לבקר החלטות הקודמות עד כמה שנתקיימו סיבת אי קיומן של איזה פרטים שבהם וכו', ויה"ר שתיכף על אתר יראו פעולות טובות מהאמור.

כיון שאחת ממטרות הראשיות דצעירי אגו"ח ואגו"ח הפצת המעינות ע"י כל האופנים האפשרים, מהנכון שיעוררו גם שאר הסניפים של צעירי אגו"ח להנהיג סדרים האמורים לעיל כיון שרב טוב צפון בזה, וכנ"ל, ומובן שברשותם לומר שעושים זה ע"פ הצעתי.

לפלא שלא נגעו בהפ"כ בשאלת הסיוע להתפתחות סניף נשי ובנות חב"ד אשר בכפר חב"ד, כיון שמתאוננות הן על העדר הסיוע מצד האנשים בהנוגע להרצאות ללמוד לפניהן וכו'... ויה"ר שיצליחו גם בזה, וגודל הזכות אין די באר.

בודאי יודיעו גם ע"ד התועדויות דיום הבהיר י"ב תמוז, כיון שכנראה מהפ"כ, הם מראשי המתעסקים בזה.

בודאי למותר לעוררם לעשות כל התלוי בהם להצלחתה הכי גדולה של שהות השלוחים שליט"א באה"ק ת"ו.

בברכת הצלחה בעבודתם בקדש ולבשו"ט.
