I greet you and bless you.

I duly received your letter of the 8th of Tammuz. I thank you for the good news of the quantitative expansion of the school. No doubt it will also grow qualitatively. Moreover, you will not content yourselves with these two forms of development. You will endeavor, to the fullest extent possible, that this growth continue, in quantity and in quality. May Hashem grant that the will of Hashem be realized through you.

You mention the level of the teachers. You understand how much pain and sorrow this causes. For several years, I have raised this point at every opportunity. It would be good, at the next meeting of the network (see note 1), for you to address this point and take concrete decisions. You should consider, in particular, how it is possible to make use of the vacations for the advancement and training of the teachers. May Hashem grant that you know success and give good news in this area as well.

Moreover, we have just experienced the 12th and 13th of Tammuz, the dates of the liberation of my father-in-law, the Rebbe (see note 2), marking the victory of the Torah and the mitzvos* that are practiced with a self-sacrifice transcending the ways of nature.

מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבו מח' תמוז, ות"ח על הבשו"ט מהגדלת ביה"ס בכמות, ובטח יגדל גם באיכות ובשתי הגדלות אלו לא יסתפקו אלא ישתדלו ככל התלוי בהם שתהיינה ביותר וביותר הן בכמות והן באיכות, ויה"ר אשר חפץ ה' בידם יצליח.

במ"ש אודות רמת המורים-ות, מובן עד כמה מצער ומכאיב, וזה שנים שהנני מעורר עד"ז בכל הזדמנות, ומהנכון הי' שבאסיפה היותר קרובה של הנהלת הרשת ידונו את הענין ויבואו להחלטות ממשיות, ובפרט איך לנצל את ימי החופש להתקדמות והשתלמות המורים-ות, ויה"ר שגם בזה יצליח ויבש"ט, ובפרט שזה עתה אזלינן מימי י"ב וי"ג תמוז גאולת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע נצחון התורה והמצוה במס"נ למעלה מדרך הטבע.
