To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem and fulfills a sacred mission (see note 1),

Rav Uri (see note 2),

I greet you and bless you.

I am responding to your letter of the second day of Rosh Chodesh* Tammuz, in which you discuss the vacation period, part of which you will devote to the continuation of studies in the schools of the network (see note 3). In your view, this will be detrimental to the professional development of the teachers.

However, you are devoting (see note 4) less than two weeks to this. Furthermore, this addition is of great importance. It will benefit many students. We therefore have the assurance that it will cause no harm to those who wish to develop professionally — quite the contrary.

Moreover, this addition in the schools of the network is indispensable, for we must mark our distinction. I therefore have good hope that you will convince the teachers under your direction to participate in all of this.

I await good news of the addition of students, in accordance with what you write, and of the expansion of the school — not only quantitative but also qualitative.

You inform me, once again, that you have moved to a new house. I therefore reiterate my blessing that by changing your place, you will change your mazal* — for good and for blessing.

With my blessing on the occasion of the celebration of the liberation (see note 5),

No doubt you are lending your collaboration, in the fitting manner, to the summer camp that will take place at Kfar Chabad.

במענה על מכתבו מבדר"ח תמוז, במ"ש אודות חופש הקיץ שחלק ממנו לקחו להמשכת הלימודים בבתי ספר הרשת, שלדעתו יפריע זה להשתלמות המורים וכו'. - הנה החלק שלקחו הוא פחות משבועים, ובכלל הרי נחוצה ההוספה ביותר כיון שהיא תועלת כו"כ תלמידים, ולכן מובטחים אנו שלא רק שלא יגרום היזק להמשתדלים בזה, אלא אדרבה, ובפרט שהוספה הנ"ל בבתי ספר הרשת מוכרח שהרי צ"ל ה'ונפלינו, ולכן תקותי שישפיע על כל המורים-ות שבהנהלתו שישתפו פעולה בהנ"ל.

אחכה לבשו"ט מהוספת תלמידים מתאים לכתבו ולהרחבת ביה"ס לא רק בכמות אלא גם באיכות.

ולהודעתו עוה"פ שנכנסו לדירה חדשה אכפול ברכתי שיהי' משנה מקום משנה מזל לטובה ולברכה...
